The light might be dwindling and the nights drawing in but that’s no reason to stay indoors. Get out while the season changes and you’ll be rewarded with the beautiful colours of Autumn in the Broads National Park.

Join us for a celebration of all things science, from the bugs under our feet to the wonders of outer space! ​​Visit The Explorium at The Forum – a free drop-in family friendly, hands-on science zone with activities for all, with themes including food and health, mental health and wellbeing, zoology and nature, engineering and technology, physics and space, and much more.

Barton House Railway - The Avenue

Ride on two miniature garden railways [31/2 and 71/4 gauge] controlled by full size M&GN signal box. M&GN museum. Refreshments on the lawn or by the river. Drive your own train. Come by river our boat will pick you up from Wroxham Bridge.

How Hill House Craft Fair

A large range of local craft stalls and demonstrations. Gardens open. Orienteering activity and dyke dipping for children. Homemade cakes, refreshments and light lunches available throughout the day.
