Camplings is a family run laundry service in existence for over 100 years. It was established in Great Yarmouth in 1870.
The laundry emphasis has changed continually over the years to meet the demand of the time, during WWII work was carried out for the armed forces. Over time the workwear service and linen hire sector grew and today Camplings is predominantly a Linen and workwear rental operation covering all of Norfolk and Suffolk.
Camplings recently moved to the Harfreys Industrial Estate in Great Yarmouth and with a £5m investment it is one of the most technically advanced and environmentally friendly laundry facilities in the UK processing up to 500,000 pieces of linen every week.
For hotels large and small and B&Bs we can supply crisp bed linen with a quality feel and finish for a luxurious appearance and for restaurants we supply table linen with excellent colour retention, brilliant stain release, minimal shrinkage and outstanding durability.
