We are lucky enough to have some fantastic campsites around the Broads, with plenty of different types of camping to choose from too. Here are some of our suggestions for great businesses to check out located in different areas of the National Park.
Wardley Hill

Wardley Hill Campsite is an ecological campsite in the Waveney Valley. Wild flowers and grass are left to grow to encourage butterflies and bees. The long grass surrounds lush mown unregimented camping spots for you to choose, some secluded and others big enough to fit several families. Small campervans are welcome, and they also offer a stunning Stargazer tent, a Yurt, a locally crafted Shepherds hut, Hammock hut and even a tent suspended in the trees. This is a back-to-basics camping experience with three clean composting toilets, and an open topped shower with hot water.
Reedham
On the River Yare next to the famous chain ferry and traditional pub is the Reedham Ferry Touring and Camping Park. Suitable for tents, caravans and motorhomes up to 7.5 meters.
Outney Meadow
Outney Meadow Caravan Park is a peaceful park set on the River Waveney at Outney Common on the Suffolk/Norfolk border and the fringes of the Broads National Park. Set in 8-acres of grounds, the campsite has 45 grassy pitches with facilities for tents and motor homes, some with electric hook ups.
Geldeston

Three Rivers Campsite is at Geldeston, a nature filled, peaceful, riverside campsite offering rural countryside walks & views, canoe & kayak hire, and electric or nearly wild camping pitches, caravans welcome too. Plus two great local pubs in walking distance! We love The Locks Inn.
Beccles
For a rural marina base, Waveney River Centre is on the borders of Norfolk and Suffolk, all pitches have views over the marina, and electric hook up, some are hardstanding. Onsite is a swimming pool and bar. You can catch a foot ferry over to Suffolk Wildlife Trust’s Carlton Marshes, and immerse yourself in the local wildlife.

Hippersons Boatyard in Beccles has a selection of floating pods, as well as a very luxurious land based glamping pod, with its own fire-pit and field. Each accommodation has a private rowing boat for your exclusive use, berthed in the small dinghy park and allocated to you on arrival.
Norwich
Why not base yourself near to the historic City of Norwich, with Whitlingham Broad Campsite in Trowse? They have pitches for camping, yurts, shepherds huts and glamping too. Set in 80 acres of country park, and overlooking the Great Broad, yet only a few minutes’ drive to the city itself it’s the best of both worlds.
Wroxham
During the summer months Wroxham Barns offers on-site camping and glamping, making it a great family base with easy access to the attraction’s farm and play experiences.
Salhouse

For tent only camping, with Salhouse Broad Campsite is low-impact and back-to-basics, set just a few yards from the waters’ edge. Guests will have the added benefit of trying out the stargazing net to take in the Dark Skies of the area.
Whichever style of campsite you prefer, you’ll find it here in the Broads.
