Broads Tours large fleet of self-drive day boats and day cruisers is the perfect choice for the independent explorer who wants to discover the Broads at their own pace.
Driving the boats is really easy and no previous experience or qualifications are required. Our friendly and experienced staff will teach you how to drive the boat and lifejackets and a map is provided free of charge.
With a wide choice of boats available there is something to suit everyone.
Standard Day Boats
Standard day boats seat up to 8 people, are simple to operate and have a canvas cabriolet style cover to protect you from the elements.
Available to hire by the hour up to a full day on a first come first served basis.
Wheelchair Access
We have one standard day boat fitted with a wheelchair lift. Max weight 300kg. This boat seats up to 5 people, and is available for a minimum hire of 3 hours.
Suggested hire times 10am – 1pm or 2pm – 5pm

Luxury Day Cruisers
If you are planning a special occasion our luxury Day Cruisers are the perfect choice and come with all the facilities that you might need for the day. They seat up to 8 people and are equipped with a two-ring gas hob, grill, refrigerator, sink and WC. Split sliding canopy over seating area allows alfresco dining on those sunny days. Large Electric Day Boats
A quiet and environmentally friendly option that means that you can often get closer to the wildlife. Seats up to 11 people. Available for a full day hire only (9am – 5pm). Booking essential 01603 782207.

Luxury Day Cruiser – Prices start from £185 for a full day hire from 10am -5pm. Pre booking essential.
Large Electric Day Boat – prices start from £145 for a full days hire from 9am – 5pm. Pre booking essential.
