Tuesday to Saturday you can hire Self drive Day boats to explore the River Waveney on the Broads National park, you skipper your “boat for the day”.
The boat is available for your use from 9.15am – 4.30pm, and you can choose to use it for as much or as little of this time as you choose to. You can be reassured that your boat will have had full anti viral clean and left overnight in the fresh air, so it is ready for your party.

Like bikes? want to do something unique and quirky and have a little adventure of your own on the water? why not try the Pedal Boat, a totally different and extremely relaxing way to explore the river and get close to wildlife. You and your companion will face each other, cycling towards each other to go forwards, and away from each other to reverse. It is a unique and gentle way to explore the river, and don’t forget to wave at the river bank dwellers as they spot the flags.
Parking is provided free on site, buoyancy aids and all fuel is included, the party leader needs to be at least 18.
Whoever captains the boat must stay under the legal limit for driving and no alcohol is to be consumed or taken on our boats. All our boats are non smoking and non vaping.
